I remember that when I went to Iceland the technology and security measures were not as crazy as the airport TSA here in the US. A fluent leader is when the leader has the ability to switch behaviors and styles in order to communicate more effectively with those who are different from you. Did you know know anything about their culture before leaving and how did you adapt to their culture.
